The virtual alternative to a base in our centre. Use our link service where you need a prestigious Inverness address (and telephone number), but don’t need a physical office. Or
where you need to concentrate on your business, and leave someone else to field your calls for you.
Like the Office Base services, there is no formal lease or legal agreement to bind you to long term commitments - just pay as you go (in advance) and we’ll do the rest.
The service includes:
- Provision of one or more dedicated direct dial numbers for your business, for as long as you use the service
- Our receptionists answer your incoming calls in your business name - and according to your
instructions, either pass them on to your mobile or land line (we can check with you first to see if you’re free, and the caller gets the impression we are your secretary, and we can
connect the call directly to you), or take a message for you to collect later.
- Provision of an address at Ness Horizons - so your customers think you’re based there.
- We collect your mail for you, and can either post it on to you, or keep it for your collection.
- Other services as required - for example, sending out advertising or sales materials in
response to general enquiries, not to mention pacifying irate customers, and inventing an endless number of meetings which keep you unavailable for dealing with calls!
For the Office Link service, you need to be a member of the Centre first - this is an annual charge of
£45 plus VAT, and not only gives you access to the Office Link service but also gives you discounts on all the other services of the Centre - meeting room hire, daily hire of offices, use of
photocopying facilities etc.
